The room was newly remodeled, big, and facing the lake. the location was magnificent and perfect, close to the tram station, the lake, and the cafe. It was around a 4-6 minute walk from Porta Santa Maria and easy to find.

The place was fairly clean and we loved penthouse apartment. The staff were affable and amicable all the time. Booked a room with all facilities. Everything was simply really good...

Had very nice stay of one night. The hotel had an excellent and unbeatable location, about 15 minutes' walk from the city centre. The restaurant was very nice with good staff below and for every budget👌

Great location only a short walk from the main square and a variety of dining choices available.

The zoo and the main station were right next to the hotel.

Didn´t find it cozy and it was difficult to know how to get in when I arrived at 7 p.m.

We had a really really nice experience. We liked the hotel, it was reasonably priced and reliable and had marvellous location near to trams to Aldstat and City Centre, rail station and bike hire and the gardens.

The staff we met were very unfriendly.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. There was a great selection of outstanding meals. the location was perfect, close to the lake, zoo, and Karlsruhe for our group of 6 friends.

The rooms are newly renovated and spacious, offering beautiful views of the lake. the hotel has a fantastic location near a green area, the tram stop, and the main train station.

The furniture in the room was modern and clear. Fantastic location opposite the train station and near the park.

The restaurant was a bit too basic for my taste.
